Tree Damage Repair After Roof Penetration

After high winds put a tree limb into the customer's roof into her daughter's bedroom she decided to turn it into an office.

Poor roofing causes skylight leak

Water pooled behind the paint filling it like a balloon tell it popped

Luckly only the one was leaking but went and fixed the shingles and resealed both to keep from happening again
After Car Hit
Wall Repair and Shelf Build
Car ran into the side of a commercial building. On the other side of the wall was a hobby garage with a wall of shelving. When we arrived, they had already removed the shelving and everything that was on them. We repaired the wall and built a new set of shelves.
What we started with
Closest paneling we could find to match
Replaced studs and insulated
Just like new. Didn't get a picture after closing off the bottom but you get the idea. Went with two 16" two 14" and two 12" shelves for a little verity
Closet
Utilizing Closet Space
this smaller closet is only 5' wide, but it does have 8' ceiling so i went ahead and split it into two racks with a shoe holder that rapes around the inside. plus adding lighting, outlet for charging, row of drawers on the bottom right, and replacing the broken bi-fold door with a nice three panel.

The frame of this door was all rotten and letting the snow blow in around the door. Took the old one out cleaned up the surface and sealed a new one in tight.
