A Bit of History
I grew up in Crescent, Iowa. My family moved there when I was five from up around the Storm Lake area where I was born. We came down to help my grandfather and work at his company Oley Heating Cooling & Plumbing. From a young age I enjoyed building things or even more taking things apart to see how they worked. Before long I was installing furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and ductwork. I was certified to run stainless flexible gas line before I was legally allowed to drive. The years went on and I decided I was tired of installing and I wanted to start fixing them instead. So I became the service tech and my dad taught me the world of troubleshooting problems and tracing the order of operation to hunt down whatever was causing issues. Best stuff I ever learned in my life and opened up a world where I could figure out what was wrong with about anything and be able to fix it myself.

What are your hours of operation?
Technically are open hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM BUT we take emergency repair calls 24/7 and if the problem requires will go out and at least ensure that it will be safe and no further damage will accrue tell repairs can be made during regular hours.
Does an emergency service call cost extra?
Yes. If we are dispatched after hours for an emergency, It's a $150.00 paid in advance and $100.00 for any additional hours billed to you due within 7 days.
What's the cost of a service call for repairs during regular hours?
For most repair and replacement calls we don't charge an hourly rate. We charge a $75.00 service fee to go out asses the problem and if possible, rectify it at no other cost. If further repairs and replacement parts are required there is a fixed cost that has the part and installation built in and you aren't charged any additional hourly rate.
